CHEMICAL SAFETY SPECIALIST (REACH, KKDIK, MSDS, CLP)

- Assess non-Turkish companies which export chemical substances to Turkey.
- Do the tasks of management and communication for mandates as Only Representative of non-Turkish companies as described in article 9 of the KKDIK regulation.
- Give regulatory and strategic support for clients in relation to the registration of substances as requested in the KKDIK regulation.
- Prepare and review registration dossiers: contact with the client, communication with the Substance Information Exchange Forums (SIEFs), communication along the supply chain, submission of files to the MoEU.
- Author of Safety Data Sheets (SDS): prepare risk communication documents, specifically safety data sheets according to Regulation on the Preparation and Distribution of Safety Datasheets for Hazardous Materials and Products (will be replaced from 31st December 2023) and to KKDIK Regulation, including the classification of dangerous products.
- Opportunity for development in other areas of Regulation of chemicals as REACH and CLP in Europe, UK REACH and others.
- Occasionally do tasks related to selling TÜV SÜD Services
