Your main functions will be:
• First analysis and preliminary verification of relevant parts for quality assurance.
• Management, analysis and reporting of quality claims throughout the entire supply chain process.
• Detailed assessments of claims (alignment with internal documentation, assessment of photographic documentation, etc.) as well as elaboration of adequate explanations in case of rejections.
• Communication with wholesale partners, internal departments and suppliers.
• Preventive checking of critical parts and repetitive failures.
