Process and Quality Specialist
You are responsible to create and identify effective business process and procedure optimizations as well as structural implementations in order to maximize and ensure best Quality of Service, Customer Experience and benefits the organization. You collaborates closely with the colleagues of Process & Methods in HQ and with other internal and external stakeholders. You have a high affinity with process landscapes and are always looking for a leaner approach.
Direct report: You work closely with the Manager and the Operation Managers and supports the internal framework with expert knowledge to fully meet the department objectives.
