We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to manage one product within our supply chain portfolio ecosystem. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data scientists, operations, and support, to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions to our users.
Responsibilities 🥸
- Lead definition and communication of product vision, strategy, goals, and business model
- Boost team accountability and alignment with product vision, strategy, and goals
- Ensure that the Product Backlog ****is transparent, clear, and understood
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful value delivery
- Gather important feedback from end-users and make discoveries to improve the product feature set
- Conduct data validations and measure the impact of product changes
- Communicate product roadmap and updates to stakeholders, including executives
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Review
- Use analytical skills to perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Lead product metrics by monitoring product performance and making data-driven decisions with the analysis outputs.

Minimum requirements
What we are expecting from you 🥰
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Experience in stakeholder management in a challenging environment
- Experience in supply chain and logistics
- Strong analytical skills to conduct data validations and measure impact
- Nice to have:
- Experience working with Quicksight to analyze company performance indicators and identify areas for improvements
- Experience developing and implementing a product monitoring system using tools like Amplitude or Datadog
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product owner tools
- Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing is a plus.
