We are seeking an open-minded and experienced Supplier Collaboration Digitalization Expert (f/m/d) to join our team. The Supplier Collaboration Digitalization Expert (f/m/d) operates within the Purchase To Pay (P2P) process cluster in a large transformation program while closely collaborating with the business process teams. 

 

The Supplier Collaboration Digitalization Expert (f/m/d) is contributing to the development of the future end2end P2P technology landscapes and roadmaps which feed into the transformation program as well as into the overall IT Strategy. 


You’ll make a difference by: 

  • Collaborating with business partners and technical teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and design scalable and secure solutions.You will develop solution design documents and technical specifications for the future Siemens Supplier Portal and Supplier Collaboration Platform 
  • Leading the development and implementation of supplier collaboration solutions, ensuring consistency with architecture principles and standard methodologies while consulting the business partners in the implementation of IT solution architecture and integration into the existing solutions 
  • Validating and accepting solution proposals from (external) providers 
  • Setting up concepts for the service management of already implemented solutions and ensuring the transition from project to service 

Your success is grounded in: 

  • Having completed a university degree in the fields of computer science, information technology, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification 
  • Several years of professional IT experience in Supply Chain Managements systems, with focus on Spend Management, Supplier Integration (Business Networks, e.g., SAP Business Network), Supplier Portals and Collaboration Platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, Service Now) 
  • Excellent business knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, with focus on sourcing and procurement 
  • Experience in business transformation projects and process modeling 
  • Experience in IT domain architecture consulting in procurement and knowledge of standard process solutions 
  • Good analytical skills and critical thinking, ability to respond quickly to innovations and new developments 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience with customer projects 
  • Working in an agile environment, being capable of building long-term relationships with internal colleagues and external providers and enjoying working in an international and multi-functional team
