Talent Acquisition Professional
- End-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of Talent Acquisition strategy for different areas (mainly industrial and technology environments).
- Consultation and partnering with hiring managers in assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels.
- Sourcing and management of candidate pools, including proactive sourcing and talent pipelining.
- Candidate relationship Management, delivering a high-quality experience for all candidates progressing through the end-to-end hiring process, including extending and closing offers.
- Leveraging the Employer Brand and unique EVP to attract and engage talent.
- Assurance of high-quality service (KPIs target achievement, keep up to date on current labour market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence.
- Continuous cooperation and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
